Sounds almost like you're describing high-functioning autism. Yes you can learn by emulation and observing inputs and outputs and looking for patterns, but it's not a perfect method.

Good shout. That sounds roughly like a pre-emphasis filter, as is commonly used in mobile radio applications. Rolloff for those on the bottom end is usually around 300Hz (the CTCSS block filter), and around 3kHz (channel bandwidth limit) on

I've seen very similar form letters from other conventions. Largely they all lean on each other -- "they don't offer refunds so neither will we" -- but the bigger factor is that the convention probably doesn't have
