I'm assuming it's automated so that after a certain number of flags it's removed for manual review. Whether it should or shouldn't be flagged is up to HN readers. Whether it stays is for the moderators.

Is there anything we can do to have it reviewed? I fully understand HN's opposition to politics, specifically US politics. But I think this is a decent exception as it's a report directly from the justice department, not some BS o

Yeah I noticed that too. Best guess is they assigned some random "tech guy" to "put it online" and they must not have a standard for this kind of document? Doesn't seem like it's a good choice as surely that&#x

I work in phone repair so I see lots of broken phones and many rather... uh, not that bright of individuals. This will 100% be a problem for consumers. It's easily recognizable as a screen protector, but it isn't = instant problem

If the situation is as described, then I would agree with the idea that this shouldn't be treated as an "issue". Discrimination's common definition has the negative connotation, but in this case, it seems to legitimately

I'm not too sure about this, given the highly limited market options and high regulation of space travel, I'm guessing they'd be hit with anti-trust laws pretty quickly.

I agree with that, the US poses a much greater realistic threat with my data. However I'm also more confident in our government system to have at least some form of recourse. However, I'll counter with the idea that while I as a
