The construction prices you quoted are not correct at least in the Bay Area. And I am guessing $150/sq ft achievable at scale. Pricing ADUs is tricky because the some of things in a house cost same for a small to medium size home. For

That's taking it a bit too far. Now that Apple has shown multiple times that software can be used to bridge the transition from one architecture to another, I have a feeling that x86 will also take a similar route of revisiting the ISA

Apple is not opposed to payment systems that load money from a website into a platform like Spotify or Amazon. They are opposed to payment systems that bypass their Apple payment system from an app.

I wouldn't be surprised if citizens sue governments for loss of housing. I am not saying it was unwanted but if people are forced to shut down their businesses, it is obvious that many of them will eventually default.

While I agree with not using very advanced IDEs. It is important to have the means to quickly navigate standard libraries. MSDN gets my vote for that.
