People raving about moving to Texas is plain stupid. Housing prices in places like Austin have increased to unaffordable levels for many locals. They are affordable only for California transplants.
- JKCalhoun 5y agoI think it exactly is people moving from California to Texas. Also, my sense is that the whole country is experiencing unaffordable housing for many (he says while watching real estate prices in Omaha skyrocket in the past year).
