Congrats on going open source! Which components are open sourced specifically? Is there any chance it will be self-hosteable? I don't want to host it myself any time soon but I prefer giving my money to a company where that's an o

Eventually someone is going to build a good enough visual app builder with AI assistant, and nobody will ever know except that a mysterious startup with seemingly unlimited resources and agility is taking over every SaaS market.

I think they're trying to invent a new market where none exists yet, and when you do that you HAVE to communicate very clearly. Basically I think they're a WYSIWYG editor for a React SPA. For me, this section helped: https:/

True, but I think that's more due to the age of the state than the geographic location. Israel is very young and was founded on land that already had a lot of people living there. Now they're mostly gone and Israel is declaring th

Israel is an ethnostate[1], resolutions of Congress notwithstanding[2]. Imagine if Biden said "The US is a Nation-State Of The White People And Them Alone" the way a leading Israeli spoke about Israel[3]. But instead all major wes

There's been a lot of propaganda portraying Iran as a nation full of irrational extremists who would rather the world die in nuclear fire than live next to Israel, but that is not based in reality. Israel has nuclear weapons, and is ve

True story: I worked at a company that moved into office space that Booz Allen had rented prior to us. Someone at Booz Allen left behind a desk nameplate that said "Ethics Advisor". I still have it somewhere. Remember, Snowdon rai

As a counterexample few people know about the programming language called "the" (pronounced "T-H-eh"). It was the first language that had shared pointers, trinary coroutines (where the same thread jumps between three dif

GitHub and GitLab have so many features, it's kind of unfortunate they you have to pick one or the other. I would prefer a world where these tools were built with the Unix mindset--one tool for each task, that does that task well. That

I predict that as time moves on, AI will be responsible for generating a larger and larger percentage of politically correct content, until there comes a day when, for all practical purposes, 100% of all politically correct content is AI ge

I've been using it for product ideas as well. Occasionally it's brilliant but sometimes it's so bad it's funny, like when it suggested Seven-Year Itch for a perfume brand.

My theory is that the US knew the sorry state of the Russian army and tried to start the war by having NATO flirt with Ukraine. The goal was to get the Russians involved in a war that, when it was lost, could result in regime change in Russ
