GitHub and GitLab have so many features, it's kind of unfortunate they you have to pick one or the other. I would prefer a world where these tools were built with the Unix mindset--one tool for each task, that does that task well. That way I could pick, say, GitLab's PRs with GitHub's issues, etc. In the meantime, I am more than thankful for an alternative to the GitHubiverse, and I am progressively trying to wean myself off it onto GitLabia. I just wish I could have both.
