If you dont resistance train, any weight loss regimen will cause a loss of lean body mass, medications aren't different from an "organically" achieved caloric deficit. Training and size of the deficit as well as genetics heav

This sounds implausible, since "good posture" doesn't really have a definition. Is there any data on this beyond anecdote? How do you know your posture was the only possibile explanation for onset and resolution of symptoms?

I am assuming mg is a typo? 5mg would be a dose you'd almost need lab equipment to correctly measure ^^

You are not alone in finding no benefit, and apparently about 1/3 of people are actually non responders.

I think you can make 150g or so of glucose (?) yourself, but whether thats enough might depend on what you are doing in life i think.

I don't get it. The exercise doesn't help lose tissue. the caloric deficit does, and as parent said, that is way easier to achieve through reduced intake.

That does seem very unreasonable or misleading. If they are implying that everyone should just supplement, it would be bullshit, since current science as far as i know is that supplementation hardly does anything. Impeoving vitamin d status

Did they control for the fact that most non-nutritive sweeteners get consumed in a diet of highly processed foods, which are more likely to be causative of CVD than just the sweetener?

A lot of supplements are also mislabed or incorrectly dosed, because the regulations are quite lax. So even if a supplement makes sense in theory, you don't know what you're getting unless the manufacturer follows the Good Manufac

Some base level of cardio only makes it harder to gain muscle mass if you are really short on time. I don't think it'll hinder the average person to maintain a surplus – first, you don't burn that many calories exercising as
