For movies I’m ditching the streaming subscriptions and back to digital rentals. Most of the old movies are available for $2.99 from Amazon Prime Video. A couple clicks from the smart tv is worth a few bucks to me compared to finding the to

For data in Salesforce my company (GRAX) offers a backup product that will write data to your data lake in standard formats like Parquet. This offers a strategy to read old SFDC data BI tools or in parallel with using a new CRM. However the

Currently not open source but I long have been thinking about open sourcing it. What's wrong with using GH community features? It's a side / passion project so no time or budget to build any support or community stuff. I cons

Yes it's a killer platform and Spotify app feature. But for a developer building a custom listening experience it needs to be completely optional. Right now you literally can't build an experience that plays just one song and stop

Could be. When Spotify was young they were extremely developer and ecosystem friendly. It gets progressively worse and worse over time. The biggest change I personally suffered from is when they pulled out of their integration with Djay, a

Always great to see new ways to integrate with Spotify. I think that if you're paying for a Spotify Premium subscription you should be able to stream music wherever you want! However Spotify doesn't agree. If this is based on libr

Looks neat! So many of our support cases end up with a Slack thread to discuss, triage, get subject matter experts to chime in. Syncing this discussion back up with the case and the customer is a real chore. How do you integrate with ticket

Glad to see this here. There is nothing more boring than Rails + Postgres! Maybe Django and Postgres… My definition of boring is a good looking web page with a CRUD flow and user authentication. This is an afternoon exercise with Rails, a g
