I would like to see the CBC dismantled. The CBC no longer fulfills its mandate of serving the general public. Your comment, "Top Bell Media executive urged CTV to avoid ‘negative spin’ on coverage of parent company" equally applie

Illegal guns kill people. Something like 80-90% of guns involved in homicide are illegally obtained/possessed. This is relevant because like banning guns, “banning” AI shouldn’t be the focus. It seems like an AI detection arms race is

Floorplate size. Floorplate size. Floorplate size. If you required all new office buildings to have the same small floorplate size of a residential building, then they would be convertible, but thay would significantly change the economics

This doesn’t seem unreasonable. Isn’t this already the case for politicians in the US? (Not related to deepfakes, just any public statement). Wouldn’t any legal matters defer to written contracts and TOS?

Yes, I’ve noticed that a lot of companies implement “OAuth” differently. I’ve found the only way to reliably implement it is to read each company’s docs and also test their API. Once you implement their flow and signing (or not signing) met

Having not seen the contract, but having worked in construction, I think it's likely the contract did not specify clearances and/or turning radii, or maybe even dimensions. Clark was probably hoping the Port would cave and pay for
