I really appreciate that he didn't bend the rules to relaunch the game after the server issue. He probably could have justified it but it wouldn't have been true to the essence of the game.

The conversions on this landing page are going to be close to zero. Not enough information about what it does, what the value is etc before trying to capture email address. I would look to get a mini conversion rate optimization review ASAP

I think part of the reason it's bad is that the customer still won't get why you won't get them. It's also bad because the solution was actually pretty straight forward send them the support docs (or the support contact)

As someone who has moved around a lot this is a great service. Setup one address for all postal mail and no matter where I am I can get access to it. When I move the address stays the same - I can easily update my email address its sending
