Use only static content and a webserver you don't have to configure (no htaccess files, no nginx try_files etc.). Do not use special file formats like webp, but old standards like jpg or png. Do not use Javascript.

Host you own RSS Feed under your own Adress? Then you have the advantage, that you control the URL/Address. The Load is not that big if your feed is a Static file.
