That’s on them, I said what I wanted to. Most of the time people just like getting triggered that someone sent them a —— in their message and blame AI instead of adopting it into their workflows and moving faster.

I think a lot of CRMs can be replaced by AI. Most of them are garbage, overly complex or clunky, and all you really need are workflows that map to your specific needs.

Why? AI is a tool. Are their messages incorrect or something? If not who cares, they’re being efficient and thus more productive. Please be honest. If it’s slop or they have incorrect information in the message, then my bad, stop reading he

I’d care about this if I was selling in India or Africa. If I’m selling to cash cows in America or Europe it’s not an issue at all. As long as you have >10mbps download across 90% of users I think it’s better to think about making money.

There are like maybe <100 people who actually contribute actively to LLMs. Just treat it like a commodity (like cloud infrastructure) and build cool shit using it. If the provider can roll that feature into their offerings then you’re no

I think people take this stuff too way too seriously. LLM is literally numbers turned into a parrot. I’m not worried about it. We give it access to different APIs. Cool. I’m more worried about some fuckers who believe their Sky Daddy > a

Thanks for the rec! Any others you can recommend for me? I personally like deep, earthy, and intimate scents. Cheers

I'm cynical person, and IME the former are some of the most annoying and usually the worst engineers I've met. Most people who "mentor" other people (like, make it a pride and distinction part of their identity) are usua

Sure if I want to just toy around for fun. Those are cool, but a production system is infinitely more complex.

The VC and other capital allocator class stands to gain a LOT from the current administration. I think after like 100M+ levels of wealth, "morals" and "ethics" go out the window.

Used to LOVE mtb. Unfortunately my knees are busted and I don’t have full range of motion on my right knee. And I’ve broken every toe lol.

I like oud and deeper scents. To me they’re more intimate. Plus I’ve found it’s a power move when I smell good in a room of people who have no aura. Humans are animals/automatons after all, and it’s a neat hack.

Nice. I found my signature scents over a period of a few years. Costco has some nice deals on high end perfumes, like Roja or Tom Ford. There are also local perfumeries which can be interesting.

Awesome. I agree with the habit building. My knees are shot so I don't run, but I try to walk for 90 minutes a day. I look forward to this every day. I normally start to wind down around 6pm, so around 8pm I close my computer and go fo

Very cool. I wish tools like this could be embeddable. For example, being able to add it into existing apps.

Limit WIP. Everyone does 1 thing only. If things stack in one column try to clear that column instead of taking on new work. If some tries to be an hero fire them.

People who still think FANG is some flex are lame. I just see expense line items when I talk to any current or recent FANG employee. As a stockholder that’s how I see them anyway.

Maybe at an early stage startup. Nobody takes such people seriously unless that startup later has a successful exit. And by successful I mean a big exit. Like IPO or high 9 figure or bigger acquisition. Imagine working somewhere and then wa

The only thing I don’t like is products raising prices “because of AI features” like google workspace increasing prices. Like dawg I don’t use Gemini I just use your email and google drive. Fuck.

I think this might work for B2C or "MAX FREEMIUM" (where you have 200M+ users and maybe you hit 100M in revenue after 10 years because 10% convert to paid). But overall I think people should focus on solving problems they have act

Well in that end game of a post scarcity is there a need for humans? If you were in the top 1% and you don’t need labor anymore because it can be automated. Even in post scarcity some people will want as much as possible for themselves, if
