I specifically avoided brand names because it seemed like it might have cheapened my point, but my pan of choice is All-Clad. If I had more money I'd convert everything I have to their Copper-Core pans for even better heating. The big

Pretty regularly. Lots of places would go with cheaper pans. One thing to consider, I would assume that most professional cooks are cooking in a very different way than most regular home cooks. The way food is prepared, the familiarity with

Please replace "cast iron" with "good" pans. Uncoated cast iron is a fucking pain to take care of if you cook anything acidic regularly. Coated cast iron is better, but SO heavy (and it takes forever to get up to temp be

TBF, "bullseye" gas stoves, basically induction tops with a constant flame under them and heat radiating out from a central "bullseye" (hotest) outwards (getting colder), have been around for a long time. They're ju

This point is sort of all over the place. Some thoughts (from a former chef) Blackening: You could do this on anything. I used to work in a cajun/creole place and we had one burner reserved for a cast iron skillet that was on at all ti

Exactly. There's no reason to suspect this number is being over-reported, but it's very reasonable to expect hesitancy (both to polling in general and this type of polling specifically).

To respond to what you feel is your point: 911 operators are not police officers in my state (NJ). They take and log calls and information, and may hand it over to the police, but they are not responsible for investigating crimes. I can cal

To your first point: Cops have "meme-like" thoughts and sayings as well ("9 out of 10 times, the spouse did it", etc.) that would prove the attorney's point: by involving the cops, you're going to get investiga

Obviously Nihilism is the ultimate freedom to do whatever the fuck you want. Now, do you have any thoughts on the actual point of the morality of having a child without their consent since you do believe in free will?

This is the question inmy mind: an unborn/un conceived child has not experienced any suffering. Is it morally just to expose someone to suffering, even if the alternative is non-existence (or whatever state they are in prior to life)?

Which do you think is the causal effect: not having children causes it easier to break from the parents, or having terrible parents that cause estrangement makes people less inclined to have their own children?

What even is a bitcoin "user"? Like, seriously, are we talking about people transacting with it for purchases? Or just accounts that have some share of a coin in them? What are we even measuring here?
