Building products on top of their platform and then getting mad that they continue to add and improve said platform with additional functionality (without knowing their product roadmap in advance) seems petty. If they’re able to eat their c

He is obviously a great leader and those that work there wanted to work with him. It’s very clear in this thread how undervalued exceptional leadership actually is, as evidence by comments thinking the top role in the most innovative comp

My counter: Altman is correctly aware that the the hyper capitalist path is the most probable path to creating an AGI, as the amount of capital/investment for the compute/architecture will be massive. Vertically integrating with

This is currently happening with people googling their way onto pseudo-science webpages/ blogs and interpreting that that content as “fact”.

Seeing as Art is riddled with subjectivity, you absolutely could. And calling twitter “just a website” is disingenuous as it facilitates real-time global communication and a scale not previously reached by humans. I personally never used tw

This assumes there will still be centralized social media sites to deploy to which seems less likely based on how Twitter, Reddit, etc are rapidly changing. The effect of propaganda on say FB will be diminished as less and less young user

Digital staging always looks a little off though. Also, open houses. If planning on an open house, which can be very beneficial, paying for staging may be worth it. Was for me at least.

Just curious, as I’m not in the NY area but are most rural homes over there on natural gas or propane? In rural parts of CA, people have propane tanks in the yard which wouldn’t be effected by this. Natural gas infrastructure seems to dimin
