Actually I see it now. It doesn't include email. It's just their office competition.

I used poste years ago and I enjoyed it. It doesn't magically fix DKIM/all that other crap but it was nice having something run perfectly "out of the box" from all the daemon perspectives.

I get the AirPods owner can see your location and I can't seem to get rid of it. Anytime I use them for the next couple hours. It's annoying.

I used a TT "expert" last year who didn't seem to grasp what I was asking I feel like, but agreed with what I hoped they would say, they're a certified tax professional and I have them down as who told me how to classify

I am so confused (and unable to go deep on it at the moment) why I can't simply use this with $CUSTOMDOMAIN instead of my paid normal workspace.

Something I found interesting is that everyone thinks going outside and getting sunlight is simply vitamin D magic, this map seems close to what I remember seeing somewhere else which essentially says that a majority of the US doesn't

I've found it to be a square peg and a round hole. In every organization I've worked with. I'm always in a "support" team, which is more of a horizontal capability. Something akin to legal, accounting, etc. We exist

Oh and for everything else in the normal PHP world, I tell people to use a framework, and for that framework I tell them to use Laravel. Period. To me it's the jQuery for modern PHP (note: I don't even code using it myself, but I

I miss the simple days. I want a PHP that has no classes (procedural only), stops around 5.6 for its syntax (none of these shorthand things) and fixes some of the needle/haystack and function naming inconsistencies. Just give me string

Seems like you can safely define it for a single run of any script or anything where you don't need to factor in a timezone change. Unless I've mistaken everything I've read. To personalize PHP execution I used to putenv(&quo

I've migrated multiple companies away from RS, usually to AWS. Very easy workloads and RS was charging them way too much without any useful support. This isn't surprising.

As the comment says, it would be interesting to interact with the richest person on earth. Short of that, I have no idea why anyone would think it's fun or anything to be in that atmosphere. He could change direction on a whim and ma

Compensation should be based on output. If hours translates to more output (like an assembly line worker or something) - great. Simply pay hourly and require minimum amount of hours (like 40) with options for "go-getters" to work

It works pretty well for me in chrome. Chrome gets "stale" or has issues with memory eventually (as we all know) - I'd be curious if you have issues in Firefox as well. Or maybe it's something wonky with an extension. I

Multiple providers. Porkbun does it. Cloudflare even supports it (although they are a bit persona non grata as far as registrars go on HN)

+1 I've been starting to consolidate to Porkbun as of those last threads. They support all the TLDs I have except one, the only provider to have that many. They're also local to me which feels nice.

It's kind of amusing everyone here is talking about Evernote being amazing for dropping attachments and everything and I use it simply for text/links and hate that it wants to do all that extra stuff. :)

Documented reasoning behind that. Nobody said toilet paper was important and it became scarce. Imagine if they said masks were important. PPE would be impossible to get. Even worse than it already was. With stories like this coming to mind:

Honestly, I'm a little sad about PHP's direction. What I enjoyed most about it was it's simplicity. It seems like at this point everyone is trying to add $everything_i_like_about_java and $everything_i_like_about_javascript e
