They were having more and more competition, and they focused on licenses: star wars, harry potter, etc. Others can copy lego (with less quality) but the licensing deals protect them. Very wise.

What is the input data of these kpis? If it is people entering data then excel or gsheets. If it is a database then a few sql queries and data studio or even a custom dashboard with plotly or so would work (if you have developers on the tea

Sadly, in general people do not appreciate good writing. Translators, for instance, have little status, and do not get paid very well unless they deal with legal ol live interpreting. Can we name the translators of some books on our shelves

I do not understand that logic. How does being mad about it imply posting on social media? If anything, it is easy to see an incentive not to post negative things online, as you can see on LinkedIn everyday.

I think it is more a case of the advertisers, since there would be little opportunity to show ads. Receiving traffic to sites is nice, especially for already highly-ranked results, but these are not the people buying the ads.

From the linked document. To me this is the same interpretation, but IANAL. Individuals who use AI technology in creating a work may claim copyright protection for their own contributions to that work. They must use the Standard Application

The word consent can be used in many contexts, not only sexual. I see nothing odd about it. Consensus is a different meaning. Going by how odd "a consensus" sounds I would simply assume the writer mixed both or misremembered, and

OP is probably confusing it with "Manufacturing consent", a book by Noam Chomsky. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manufacturing_Consent

OP mentioned some of the jobs were full-time, and some contract. Assuming a few 3,6 months contract jobs (not uncommon) it is not necessarily a red flag. I mention this because I see many people reading contract jobs and evaluating it in ex
