I suppose that is a part of the human understanding of neural networks. When you take out the human perspective of humans, we do pretty much the same thing.

No, it's not true. If you followed closely their APM was hamstringed to the point of being lower than players in many cases. In many of the playbacks I've seen it is the strategy that helped them win. Though when they lose against

If DDG gets big I would argue Google will still be in play, and by that time I think the discussions around search engine options in the general populace will make it such that the space is more competitive.

I think it's easy to say their "legitimacy" or "stability" depends on high growth rates, but I don't think that's necessarily the case. I would love to hear even one genuine expert on the subject make the

If you're considering Montréal, do your research before. French language is not a requirement to get by day-to-day in the city (though elsewhere in the province is another story). We have a decent tech sector with some big companies li

It's purely semantics, but I think in this case it would be the "Quebecois" government. A side note, does anybody know what the name for that form of a country/culture/language is? ex: French for France or Italian f

Have you been to any major French city recently? There is still a crisis of homeless refugees, there is clearly different reasoning behind why they are there but in general I'd argue the effect is the same.

I don't think the definition of brain drain and remote work allowing people to stay in their country really fit together. If I, a french worker, stay working in France, I pay French taxes and my lineage and social impact remain in Fran

Exactly, it speaks to the same point about overeating my parents brought up when I was young. A lot of families, without questioning it, continue the practice of pressuring children to eat every last scrap on their plate instead of stopping

I also had a very rough ride from mono. I was in bed for over a month and came out some very unpleasant side effects. I developed a tic disorder (suspected PANDAS) which has lasted the 6 years since and my immune system was so weak I caught

If you read the Github thread it's mentioned that it's not just the interface, but the code structure, and design theory as well.

That's a fair point. In theory, or at least in my imagination of running a large business, I still think there is value in keeping a rainy-day fund - but you're certainly right that it doesn't seem like any large companies, a
