I agree with you. To take the original ruling a step further towards absurdity, why not make ISPs filter out any traffic even mentioning the word grooveshark. And don't forget those pesky cables running from an exchange to your house c

May I ask why? The article was enjoyable, but I didn't really grok some of the particulars. Why is this specific footnote interesting?

There are definitely upsides and downsides. The vast majority of our systems are RHEL6, because that's what a vendor of ours supports. Since we have the infrastructure around to support RHEL6 (puppet modules, vm templates etc), most of

Thanks, I was wondering about whether or not I would need insurance. Do you think it's necessary for providing a proof of concept module for an existing piece of software?

Thanks for the answer, I'm looking into sole trader structures now. To your knowledge, should I be paying personal income tax on the income, or company tax through the business? Also, WRT GST, should I put a GST line item on the invoic

FYI some people are working on putting a (probably) docker image together for testing purposes. The point being that contributors can test their changes to all backends on their own terms. I'm hoping it won't be too hard to add a

Correct. I'd be happy to pay more for a decent service that had all the content I wanted, or even for multiple services. But paying $100 a month for non-HD cable is about my only option at the moment, and that's not on demand. Aga

I'd argue that region based licensing is killing the industry, along with the reluctance for content producers to serve content through Netflix or something comparable. Netflix just launched in Australia. If it had all the shows I want

Yes, but the user/server would have to be running a web server for it to be hit. Usually, that's IIS. But not every windows machine runs a web server.

From the quick searching I've done, I think that Django predates SQLAlchemy by nearly a year (July 2005 and May 2006 respectively). Alchemy has a lot more power behind it, but the Django ORM is (arguably) easier to use for the majority
