Is this necessarily a problem? I don't have the resources to litigate a multi-billion dollar company over their dishonest practices. But if someone knocked on my door and said they'd take all the financial risk I'd be all ove

On the other hand I found it eyeopening. I love Apple’s privacy stance and have bought in. However this article made me realize that if apple ever wanted to flip the switch and monetize the data they’d have a treasure trove to work from. It

Wow, so that actually deters me from libertarian ideals. It sounds like your logic is something like the following: Government is corruptible, so we should have small/weak governments. But, a small gov. doesn't solve the root prob

I can’t help but feel that this is all by design. Legislators require financing from corporations for re-election, corps don’t want whistleblowers because it risks their bottom line. Therefore legislators don’t improve protections. Does eve

Facebook is the business that enables this problem on their platform. This problem could disappear overnight if Facebook decided to moderate their platform. Facebook chooses profitability over a safe platform for their users. This is where

Yeh, that's science. As we learn more the guidance is refined. Generally speaking for decades the guidance has been to eat a well balanced diet—that hasn't changed. There is also a second issue, government agencies have been co-op
