I'm a Full-stack developer and I love Vue. The biggest thing that I love about Vue is your HTML doesn't need to be tightly intertwined with your JS. If someone needs to change an H1 tag of X-component I don't have to do it an

Try a white noise generator. I live with noisy roommates and it has changed my life. Ear plugs fall out, and can prevent you from hearing real emergencies and your alarm clock. I went from borderline psychotic from them waking me up, to sle

Is that going to make your site explode? No. That was the premise of the comment, not that it doesn't have any effect what-so-ever.

That's horribly out of context. Pretty much every item in this list is unnoticeable to anyone but a developer. Leaving them where they lie wont cause your website to explode or stop running. In fact, I can't recall one, that the a

I quit Facebook and Alcohol at the same time, cold turkey. Facebook I didn't even notice. I looked back after a few months and thought, "oh yeah, I did also quit Facebook". I didn't delete it. I just stopped using it. Qu

Seems like a great way to get spammed to death. (Pauses to build a scrapper to collect HN user emails).

The only major problem I had was the pdf conversion cutting off the styled container. I fixed it by adding an excessive top margin. So just be aware and check the formatting before you ship. :D

I made mine as an SPA with Vuejs and some CSS libraries, then converted it to PDF with the print option. It felt appropriate. Material.io style resume, bam! I used it for the first time last week, and I am on to the second round of intervie

I work as a software developer in the SEO game, and this is exactly how it is. Except theres a client in the middle, reading blogs and telling us how to do it right. Moving from an SEO analyst to Software was the best decision I have ever m

I haven't noticed any. I've been intermittent fasting for about two years with 16 hours no eating 8 hours to eat. Occasionally a 24 hour fast. Usually the most intense hunger pangs occur when I have eaten a lot of carbs the day pr

Which, is kind of silly. Most of the clients we have, like using Wordpress, because they are non-technical and can still have an extremely powerful website, without that. If I am going to use a headless CMS, I'd probably just rather wr

My personal opinion is that, every time we try to do something that would not naturally happen, we're making things worse. Especially on a grand scale such as this. You can't introduce a massive new variable to an environment, and

Anyone who has written a few scrappers knows how brutally ineffective this is. Yelp tried to pull the same thing and it took me about 3 minutes to rectify my "for fun" scraper. It's also really not that difficult to write a s

Yeah, the world, most likely, isn't going to end in ten years. But in ten years, if we don't do anything, fifty years from now, it's all going to be way, way worse.

I really like Vue.js for SPAs. I come from a Node/Php/Go back-end. Vue was the second front-end framework/library I learned, the first being Angular 1. Vue is way more intuitive. If you have experience with JS its really easy
