rational intuition of what motivates people - You complement the meats of motivation (pay, meaningful work) with a leader that possess strong people skills, charisma, and you have the conditions for a potential best case scenario outcome.

one can convey charisma through digital/remote channels. Just because the physical connection is gone, it does not mean a robotic / formulaic approach is now the only way to lead/manage humans

i had an account for a few weeks.. followed a few folks. However my assessment is a video has much less revisit value than still images. The nature of a video requires much more time investment. Audience has to remain focused on a video for

don't see how tiktok is so game changing? How long can one look at random dance videos? What demographic would maintain sustained interest over years? flavor of the month/year?

100% wrong and no doubt myopic to your own personal and likely limited experiences. a venn diagram of good leader qualities and charismatic qualities has non-trivial overlap. A leader lacking people skills has a very limited ceiling in what

for everyone.. terrible IDE that is more suited for simple scripting, than the complex client logic that exist in today's webapps. Terrible language. End Sub as opposed to curly braces? Really?

VB6 is terrible. I much prefer the current front end landscape rather than that "Dim it up!"

Wait, this free form content collating tool doesn't have an infinite canvas? So I'd have to create more boards once I run out of space?

still too expensive in many cases. Putting solar on our house over 20yrs can reach an economic return of $10K. That is really weak value proposition, factoring in the work involved getting it installed and then uninstalled for roof work.
