What many fail to realize is that Facebook employees who approve/disapprove of ads are not high up and also do so at a very fast pace. They follow the guidelines and are humans, thus subject to some subjectivity. Any advertiser who has

Because that wouldn't cover the loss in revenue. $1 per year and non-targeted ads doesn't equate to $50B+ in revenue growing 20-40% per year. Also, advertisers come to FB because they can be ROI positive with the targeted ads. Mos

What do you use for good prepared meals for $9/meal? My boss loves CookUnity but that's more like $12 per meal.

I go to cheap grocery stores all the time. You said to find comparable stuff for a quarter of the price. I can't get a high quality meal of the same caloric value for $2.50, that's what I was getting at.

I buy the family size of Blue Apron for myself (12 meals at $8.99 per serving). There is no food in NYC of any considerable size/quality/taste that is a quarter of that price for that amount of calories. Ramen noodles and tuna may

They recently added meals that take 20-30min rather than 30-55min and it has made a world of difference, not to mention they expanded the menu. I also find some of the meals tastier because they're simpler rather than using too many in

Crown Heights close to Nostrand to Grand Central should take you 30-45min, and you can have a semi-luxury building or renovated apartment for the same price as the author of the article posted. There are other similar neighborhoods in BK. U

The users were still seeing ads once Facebook, as a site, was back up. Just because campaign managers for ads couldn't use the Ads Manager, doesn't mean users don't see ads. For example, I had campaigns spending thousands of

There are a couple biotech companies working on less resistant drugs for Aspergillosis (such as Scynexis and Cidara Therapeutics). That being said, they're just in trials, and probably 2-4 years from commercialization.

Well, in fairness, the technology wasn't there or possible (given current understanding of microfluidics), so it couldn't have revolutionized testing even if it was run more honestly. It could have harmed fewer people though if it

I went to Rio and São Paulo last year, and EVERYONE I met gave me constant warnings about being safe in Rio. I felt a lot more comfortable walking aimlessly around São Paulo than Rio, not because I saw anything bad, but because of the warni

I noticed a TON of Binance related spam when searching for specific ticker symbols (Nasdaq/NYSE stocks, not coins). It's since gone away from what I search, so they're doing something right, but spam is a tough problem.

I'm not surprised -- I bet more will fall. Blue Apron dominates the ad space (I struggle to understand how the unit economics work out with their podcast ad spend..), but I'm a fan of their service and started it a few weeks back.

Wow, it really is a treasure trove. I'm interested in biotech and could definitely use this kind of primer. Are you investing in biotech or are you just speaking in general?
