I think the fact that they are moving to an IntelliJ-based IDE for Android Studio confirms how bad Eclipse really is.

Would love to hear from an ACTUAL LAWYER on this. Every single comment here seems to be be "IANAL, but", followed by some fairly confident ramblings about the legal aspects of this whole issue.

But wasn't that only after rasmus posted about it on Twitter? And how would that have worked out for someone not running such a high profile site as him?

Sure, that's possible. But then you would expect the "reviews" to not be so similar. They almost universally say "Thank you so much blackberry team. I was waiting this app".

I don't understand: you guys CLEARLY have the information on what, specifically, is causing the problem (which JS file, in this case). Yet for the site owner, you don't make it available? Or if it is, it's not at all easy to

Wow. Did anyone even think this through? Is this a scam? It just makes very little sense. 150 feet? As long as someone knows to take a peak under the seat, they can just make one pass with a pair of dikes and steal the Cricket. Then come ba

I would love to hear more about how various companies handle this logistically. Like how they allow access to company data and resources. I'm assuming simply using VPNs is the standard? Where I work they make it so unbelievably painful

Wow this app just feels so.... crappy. The UI just feels very amateurish. The whole smiley face logo thing or whatever it is makes me feel like I'm using AIM circa 1999.

Simply posting a github link and "156 public repos" doesn't really imply this, though. So thank you for clarifying.

I did not realize that. This is exactly what I was asking for clarification on when I first posted. Not sure why we had to get 6 levels deep into the discussion to get to the point, but here we are. Thank you.

That's really awesome. But I still don't think describing MapBox themselves as "Open-Source" is accurate. There are LOTS Of other companies that open source a lot of their code, but certainly wouldn't be considered

I love MapBox -- I am a happy paying customer -- but the title seems a little misleading: what is open source about them? They source their data from OpenStreetMap, which is open-source, but MapBox themselves is not. Or am I missing somethi

I stopped using the "Unread Message Icon" a while back because it would often get "stuck". How does a screw-up like this go unfixed for so long anyway? It's been at least a week. It's only a favicon!

Are employees guaranteed it's anonymous? Are the questions leading? Are you asking the right questions in the first place? We just had a company wide survey. They said it was anonymous, but there's no way to be 100% sure of that a

I believe there are 2 different flags: 1) NSFW; 2) Adult. NSFW tags will show when safe mode is off. Adult will never show. That was my take from the article at least.
