What is your reasoning for doing so? That sounds like a lot of extra work for not a lot of benefit. TBH it sounds like you are treating building wealth like a sprint. It is more like a marathon

What do you mean by frontloading? Also, that is a pretty solid salary for someone with 1 year of experience. Congrats!

I’m not sure GM fits the bill. It looks like their operating cash flow was negative in 2008.(1) [1] https://media.gm.com/media/us/en/gm/news.detail.html/content...

Yeah true, I guess it wouldn't be a question of $.50 on the dollar vs nothing. Maybe extending the repayment period so that payments are lower but it increases the total financing costs? It just seems to me that if a company is doing s

Do you have examples of companies with positive margin and operating cashflow that went belly up because of outstanding debt? I would think the debt holders would rather cut a deal than let the company go belly up. $.50 on the dollar is bet

It is easier for you as a patient to control your paper record. You can just throw out an opinion that doesn't seem right. If your record is being managed for you, it is much harder to get things corrected.

I think you are expecting too much from FB here. FB offers a service that allows you to share your pictures with your friends among other things. Before you upload a picture Facebook asks you if you have all of the rights to the pictures yo

If the comp and work are good and there is just too much of it I wouldn’t look for another job. It’s hard to find interesting work. It’s even harder to find interesting work that pays well. This sounds like a process problem that your curre

That is exactly what I mean. For $10,000 I don't think anyone is going to be looking for the answers to those questions. For $10,000,000 people might start asking these questions. I definitely do think that what was described would be

If you were going to take the money and run you would be better off doing it sooner rather than later. A law enforcement agency probably isn’t going to do too much investigation for $20k but $10 million might get someone turning over some s

I have to disagree with you here. Even social smoking puts you at a higher risk for developing certain diseases than non-smokers. If insurance companies didn’t charge smokers $100 then they would charge everyone $50. That certainly doesn’t
