I've been deploying a lot of stuff on cloudflare over the years and have for a few months been using fly.io. As you say, they should slurp them up asap and make the cloudflare services available under `.internal`.

There are github actions to help out here. I use the todo "bot" that marks up todo comments you would create in PR's or otherwise into issues. You can for instance assign yourself/someone and change how you want it label

I believe they are separate; its just naming confusion. One is called "tiered routing" and is a dropdown in settings whereas the "nat" solution nowadays is implemented as cloudflared.

I'll bite: They are shifting profits to CI and service landscape. I paid for 8 seats (previous: $64, now: $32) which gave me 10 000 included CI minutes (now: 3 000). I was just at that limit. Its surprisingly hard to find what the cost
