I grow weary of people telling other people that they don't know what hard work is...especially as it contributes to the constant putting down of my generation. If you want to make a condescending, sweeping generalization about an enti

You have a Handspring Visor on your desk? Have you just not cleaned your desk in 10 years? I kid, but I am genuinely curious what exactly you use it for these days? I cleaned out my bin of extra cords and random electronics this weekend. I

Because AirBnB charges sizable booking fees, people have an expectation that they will assist at some level if/when things go wrong. Furthermore, AirBnB themselves asserted that they have some responsibility. Remember when that apartme

I don't think that's totally correct. "...in Pembina Consolidated Silver Mining Co. v. Pennsylvania - 125 U.S. 181 (1888), the Court clearly affirmed the doctrine, holding, "Under the designation of 'person' th

I guess we'll never know, will we? :) That said, I don't think my unhappiness working for others has anything to do with other people making me feel that way or with my competence or the competence of others. Heck, I'm VP of

Is it expected of you to tip when you aren't getting waiter/waitress service? When I get a burrito at Chipotle, I don't tip. I stand while ordering. I pay at a counter. When I'm finished eating, I bus my own table. These

What guideline is being broken? If there isn't a good reason (and I really struggle to think what it might be), this is just anti-competitive censorship. Edit: On the other hand, this seems so ridiculous that I need to question if it&#
