> "I've got working asp.net ecommerce solutions" That sounds to me like a reference to some boxed product running ASP.NET. Possibly aspDotNetStorefront? If so, that competes with PHP platforms for being a mess of code an

as far as I can tell, the Russell's paradox example would be the same without the template "template<typename U, typename V>"? in other words, both compilers seem to be being consistent with the previous demonstrated be

Xamarin is a tremendous accomplishment, but microsoft should tread a little lightly here. As it stands, Xamarin may have nearly saturated the market it has available to it. To operate on Xamarin effectively, in addtion to C#, you need to b

This is a great article and I think nails everything. One thing I would add, contrary to conventional wisdom, is that Accountability is probably the least important. I don't mean to say that you should let poor performers hang around,

Just change it to "modern woman" and shut everyone up. That's the thing now right? Where the english language has left us with lack of a non-awkward sounding gender neutral term we just the feminine version and it's ok.

This is not a very good or complete answer as others are pointing out. Promises allow you to make your async call in a context where you don't know what has to be done next. You pass the promise around and attach to it as needed (an

I support the Reddit moderators. There is no censorship going on, and the idea of unbiased journalism is becoming something we don't even respect any more (to say nothing of how hard it is to achieve, but we don't even seem to ag

I suspect both parent comment and OP are using the idiom of "typo" to refer to any inconsequential issue. That pixel is misaligned, that tone of green is different from that tone of green, there Lorem Ipsum text, etc. But if I hav

A hardcoded value like that is actually known as a 'pepper' -- cute right? If you google 'salt and pepper cryptography' you'll get your answers on why pepper is, at best, a good addition to salt, at worst useless.
