Dropbox was definitely a good product and for the most part it still is. But with Google and Amazon going towards the free unlimited storage plans, I have my doubts on Dropbox from here on out. IPO just looks like a way out to me.

Elixir is definitely interesting and one to keep an eye on. But I'd guess that for startups to use this, is still very risky especially at this stage. You may likely run into scenarios where you need some library/package and you c

In a historic sense, It's quite fascinating to think that we all evolved from just dirt, water, and gas.

Basically React seemed immature, as if it wasn't thought out fully but just hacked together. Vuejs seems like what React could've been if it was thought out a Bit more. It just feels a lot more polished. Honestly I think Vue is so

I've been a DO customer for years but all it would take to sell me on Lightsail at this point is if Lightsail performance beats DO. but from what i'm seeing, it seems like that's not the case?

Going further back, are planets and stars forming also part of evolution?

How far back does evolution go? Is it the time the first cells were created? Or does it go even further back?

Yeah you can use that but still you lose the liberated feeling of being able to execute js anywhere directly on the dom, which I actually appreciated quite a bit.

I really miss 1.0's inline way of writing javascript anywhere inside the dom (attributes) via {{ execute_raw_js_code() }} as well as the ability to run filters on it. Is there anyway to get them back on Vue 2? I have to admit, this was

Anyone ever read 2010? I thought the 2010 was way more interesting and filled with a lot more sci-fi "facts" than 2001.

Not really a book but I recently stumbled across a Korean drama on Hulu, called "W" that I thought was pretty thought provoking in this type of train of thought, IMO.

I attached an external ssd on my old 2011 Mac mini and it performs just as faster than my 2015 MacBook Pro. This makes me realize that OS X still runs very fast even on older models and makes me wonder if this is the reason why apple isn&#x

I'm pretty sure 99.999% of websites don't require Facebook complexity. And even if you do require it, I don't see why Vue.js can't handle what Facebook does.

Personally, I think Vue.js is the way to go now. It is very simple and a highly thought out framework.

I'd say that if Vue.js is like Rails, then Riot.js is like Sinatra. It's an even more simplified version. For one, Riot doesn't include 2-way binding, which is how I like it, since I like having more control over the DOM of w
