I'm meaning the drugs themselves, rather than drug mixtures. But this is correct, and a unique case given that it is a drug mixture. You have the same problem if you ate St. Johns Wort.

Ayahuasca contains monoamine oxidase inhibitors compounds too, those are the cause of the interaction. Dimethyltryptamine itself does not carry the same interaction risk. It's a mix of monoamine oxidase inhibitors and dimethyltryptamin

I think whatever they're running is being run far beyond our cloud infrastructure at this point. That's rather high level stuff, but this is billions of miles higher level than that.

In my experience with SSRI drugs, they mask the issue by blunting the emotional response itself. Much like removing a broken leg under aesthetic, rather than setting it and casting it.

While nobody should do this, the interaction risk between an SSRI and a classical psychedelic is low. The primary concerns are serotonin syndrome, which requires a dose far outside the level that a responsible practitioner would administe

This is exactly what I had in mind when I was writing this! Except just observing it would not change it, publishing it would.

Could be entirely wrong, but that was my understanding from unionisation votes in companies, and discussions about forming unions at companies. How does it work in North America? There's a catch-all union in Iceland that everyone who i

North American style unions are radically different than Nordic style. Nordic ones are trade-specific more often than not, where as in North American they are predominantly company specific, with some exceptions like Electricians Unions in

I know HN generally discourages frivolous replies, but that was both a good and productive back and forth. Not something you get every day. Thanks!

Ah yeah, by set prices I meant via tax levies. I should have been more clear. It does indirectly set prices, but you're correct they did not say "1 oz sour diesel is $10".

Your underlying logic is flawed. You can have a rifle, that's legal, but you can then sell a rifle outside the legal market to someone without a license. The rifle can be seized and sold on by the police. The product is not illegal. Bu

This is rather incorrect. In Canada I knew plenty of people who still had "their guy". You're also incorrect about this being a gray market, there exists a strong black market, and you can find articles about it to this day

A major reason for this is that the price point is hardly competitive with black market prices. The federal government was tasked with determining what going prices were on the street, and the data was ignored when crafting the price system

Right, but my question is if new projects, products, and companies are electing to use it now. I'm aware that much of legacy software is still Java.

This may be a very ignorant question, but is anyone using Java for new projects these days? Or are most of the projects legacy projects? I've not heard of anyone electing to use it anywhere as their first choice.

That's really strange. I've spoken to UBS investment managers, and they're incredibly cautious about everything they suggest. There's a lot of red tape, almost wonder if something dodgy was going on.
