Maybe instead of high res textures you would load an AI upscaler in memory. These upscalers are also quite memory demanding.

I also work in this space and use it already a lot. Super time and cost saving. Just less need for graphical designers. A bit of after care sometimes needed. But you dont need to be a designer for that.

I use both slic3r and cura. Both are installed in 2 minutes. Slicer is good for having better out of the box profiles. But the biggest drawback for me is the auto orientation tool to lay an object flat. For thin complex objects slicer alway

Try to create a app like behavior in javascript and use a webview in android and ios to wrap your app. We do it like that. You will still have some native parts like push notifications, ads, social logins etc. But your ui render is web. Jus

Performance? Not so much on Android I would say. The bloated gigantic UI toolkit is so large and complex. A native c application would run much much faster. Harder to create for sure. But if you want performance you should go low level.

Native apps are restricted for backend tasks as well. Only on very rare exception native apps are allowed to run processes in the background. Now you have service workers in PWA land. They can wake up apps for i.e push notications. So all i
