I've written such a software for my Maths classes in 5th to 9th grade. Instead of doing my homework, I've programmed all the new stuff we've learned (calculate gcd and lcm, primes, factorization, geometry, stuff like that...)

Sounds similar to http://www.openwlanmap.org . While OWM only collects WiFi APs, Mozilla also collects cell towers. Still, I couldn't find anything about whether Mozilla collaborated with these guys or not.

Hint: As with PCI compliance (for credit card data), the hard thing with HIPAA compliance isn't the code but all the non-technical stuff. Legal stuff with regulations, validations, insurance, audits...

Yeah... Seems they're from Russia, so no native English speaker. Neither am I, and when I've first seen the site's name I've looked it up, found one of its possible meanings (backpackers' hostel) and liked the link to a vagrant.

Assuming GR == Google Reader: I really like http://theoldreader.com/ Only thing that makes me wary is that it's free. But at least they're taking donations. But I sincerely hope that they find a viable business model soon.
