“Cycle” is a myth. There is no guarantee that any pattern you have seen in the past will repeat in any shape or form in the future.

It gets worse: there are u-pick farms where you _come and pick stuff yourself_ and they still charge you more than grocery store.

State of the art is basically 8 bit weights. Anything below that doesn't really work. You will see lots of benchmarks and figures saying that it does, but nearly all of those neglect the absolute accuracy, meaning, they compare deeply

I once bought Chilean grapes at a local "farmers" market. Since then I don't go to farmer's markets.

What's shocking is that buying from a farm is _more_ expensive than Whole Foods for you (or for anybody else for that matter). The price they charge wholesalers can be easily 1/10th of what you pay at a grocery store for a lot of

I was hoping for the whole 18TB Google Open Images in one torrent, but alas, they only offer metadata for download, same as Google itself. What a bear of a dataset it is to obtain and work with.

^ This is the right answer. Find another, better paying day job. That shouldn’t be super hard if you’re in the US. Do not steal time from your family, you will 100% regret it eventually, guaranteed.

Had the guy been a terrorist, he could have flown that plane into Seattle or into SeatTac airport itself. They wouldn't get here in time because they were flying in from Portland. We all got lucky this time.

An array of value types (including structs) in .NET (not just C#) is laid out contiguously in memory and stored in-place like an array of C/C++ structs would be. The problem of chasing pointers does not exist if you use structs (and do

There is (or at least _was_ when I last tried FDE) one major fly in this ointment: you lose the ability to reboot your machine remotely. Upon restarting it required that you enter the password, which you can only do from a local keyboard.
