It still seems pretty rare, even if it's more common. I have had some similar symptoms, and similar interactions with doctors in the past. No, I don't think I have cancer. But, what I want to know is what is the probability of ha

I really enjoyed having Android Auto in my Chevy Bolt. It's just letting my phone display stuff on my screen, but not running Android. I could run Maps, play spotify as a I drive, and if I had root on my phone I could also play yout

Yeah, this is a false dichotomy. There are other options other than lockdown vs no lockdown. You can have a social safety net and pay people to stay home. But if you're insistent that these are the only two options, look at Sweden. The

I really like this work. Her methodology is remarkably simple. Which begs the question, is peer review so broken that simple things like this can't be caught? Should we have a government ministry of academic papers?

I disagree completely, at least in this context. If the model doesn't explain the variance, maybe it isn't a good model to use. If you're making art or some other creative endeavor, then yeah, fantastic. If you're tryi

Yes the Democratic party has dominant position now . The recall just seems like guerilla warfare for no good purpose. We have elections. I don't believe Newsom's leadership is so damaging that he needs to be removed from office b

Right. When I see one party state I think of the CCP. The better terminology would be the majority party, or the dominant party. I think there's a lot of heterogeneity within the Democratic party in California, especially at the local

I disagree with every bullet point in the in that link. Moreover it seems like the guy is just trying to sell a book. Worst, it doesn't even make the case for autocracy so it doesn't even support your premise. California is also n

There's a lot to your comment. Could you be more specific about how Neswom is being autocratic? Is he overstepping the powers of his office? Is he not listening to Californians?
