Google Calendar for reminders like Tax deadline, Driver License Expiry etc. Google Keep for checklists - Travel checklist, Address change checklist, Grocery checklist. Rarely, when I need to note something long form, I use Google Docs.

One thing that definitely helped was using dumbbells. Basically, any strength training should help. Same thing with slight shoulder pains. I started using resistance bands and they went away.
