It is not a failure but also not the grand success they hoped for when they releases the Model Y. For the sale number, You need to put together the 5 different variations that traditional car makers have for SUVs (micro segmentation), then

Looks like a nice car. Nicer than the Model Y IMO. For all the talks about the lack of Android Auto and Apple Carplay, It is the same thing on Tesla that has one of the shittiest interface in the industry.

No, I'm specifically talking about the tsa-pre line without clear vs the tsa-pre line with clear. I know it is counter-intuitive because the clear line is so much smaller, but every single time it barely moves. Check yourself next time

Every single time I flew from Denver, the Clear line was SLOWER than the pre-check. (Everytime I take the person at the end of the clear line as reference and check where he is when I'm about to get through). The TSA-pre line wraps aro

I would love to learn more about this. My assumptions is that everyone is dealing with this issues but some people are able to push through with motivation/discipline and the right environment. I'm not convinced that calling "

That scenario speaks to me as well but it seems to be more an issue with modern society than anything else. Isn't this "ADHD" everyone that has a hard time getting things done because we expect constant interruption and we go

Coming from Europe and living in the US for the last couple of years, I'm shocked at how society here is clearly pro-israel. It is very clear that in the US the life of an israel citizen is valued way above the one of a palestinian. It

I guess it depends how we define "smart". To me, smart means getting things done and being able to see trade-offs and the bigger picture. Something that I have seen lacking in a lot of FAANGs employee that I worked with through op

The pattern that seems to work is do your own research and bring the probable diagnostic to your doctor that can have a second look at them. In my case, had I not do that my doctors (saw multiple) would never have diagnosed it. This was for

I used to think that people at FAANGs are some of the smartest. That's the usual narrative anyways. After working with a lot of them, I realize that they have a long tail of brilliant people (it's a good place to rest/vest an

After my last bunch of medical issues, I lost confidence in this field almost entirely. Doctors (or at least most of them) are not critical thinkers. They simply repeat the knowledge they have seen in textbooks or in other patients. As soon

The whole defense industry leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Once you peel the narrative that we are supposed to be the good guys (hint: in some/most cases, we are not), you realize that you really just help to kill people.

This is one of the biggest threads to all those adtechs. We only start to recently see Google starting to attempt to crackdown on all of those. Youtube is now playing a cat and mouse game. The single best thing we can all do to prevent this
