There's over 2 million npm modules now, making it one of the largest programming ecosystems ever. No one knows every library and how it all works, so you don't have to either. Just use what you need :)

I like the way it's asynchronous first and everything revolves around the event loop. It makes responsive GUI's very easy to create. Always thinking asynchronously means your less likely to create synchronous render-blocking code

Amplitude has been incredible, at my new workplace. Fast and lots of pretty graphs are easily generated. Also used by tonnes of different people throughout the company!
