I'm not sure I want to do that, it's not my style. I just called the City and they sent a team to clean up the mess. But even if I reported them, I suspect YC leaders would be rather proud of these guys.

That is an anecdotinal data point.. I live in a building with 6 units in the Mission district of SF. Until a few years ago my neighbours were people: families, (gay) couples,.. We now have 3 startups in our building. One of the startup (YC-

I was working at a recruiting startup years ago and we got a cease & desist letter from LI asking us to stop crawling their public data. Initially crawling them was very easy (we had ~100m profiles). With time crawling became harder a

Article 5 only applies if a country is attacked. So if the US or UK are attacking, it doesn't apply. However if China attacks the UK in Asia, then article 5 applies and NATO countries will coordinate to respond to that, militarily of n

I think the best path forward for Europe should be to have both. Keep NATO as a strong alliance and build an EU Defense component as a non-alliance. That will make things much more complicated for whoever wants to endanger European security

I have family in Ukraine and Russia. From the data points that I have, I'd say that most people in Russia support Putin (including in my family). While the average citizen will be impacted first by the current situation, it will have a

I have family / friends in Russia and outside Russia and I’m seeing the same thing: Putin is popular. I suspect it had to do with how the Russian identity is build. I keep telling these people that a country is defined by what it does

That is true, bombing targets in a NATO country wouldn't work. On the other hand Russia could probably try to completely seal that border. It's not easy to do and will take years, but can be done.

And the only solution India has here is to support a dictator who has committed war crimes in Syria and attacked Ukraine? As I said in another thread: I believe that the government and policies of a country is a (very lagging) reflexion of

I think that China will pay the price of its burgeoning relationship with Russia at some point. No country wants to be seen as Russia's enabler by the American public. The optics for China is bad: Xi / Putin "no limit" m
