- not2b 5y agoIt seems it will at least delay it while the lawyers fight it out in court.
- pm90 5y agoIt absolutely does. The FTC doesn’t bring lawsuits forward unless they have pretty good reason to believe they will succeed. I suspect they have been gathering evidence to make this case for a while now.
- scandinavian 5y agoAlways such a weird argument. I assume Nvidia also doesn't try to aquire large companies unless they have pretty good reason to believe they will succeed.
- pm90 5y agoI dislike even engaging with this kind of lazy reasoning. The offer was made under a different US administration which did not prioritize enforcement of antitrust laws.
