Well, the vast majority of Europe builds concrete homes. We definitely get insulation, internal plumbing and wiring.

A French SDS company, now owned by OVH, did exactly that a few years ago : https://fr.slideshare.net/openio/openio-serverless-storage-7... I don't think they actually sold any.

In France for instance if you accept credit cards, it is illegal to add a fee for accepting it. You can impose a minimum purchase amount for accepting it though. Certain professions (i.e., taxis) are even forced to accept credit cards.

What models specifically are you talking about ? My company buys high end ASUS and Dells with AZERTY (fr) layouts... I've never heard of a major vendor not shipping ISO layouts before
