For time to first paint, it's a strategy that's wildly effective. Github render_async and Rails Turbolinks are two other proven implementations.

I'm absolutely in love with the new completely psychotic web3.0 design trend. Reminds me of when the internet was properly weird. I guess we millennials are coming of age.

I don't understand who can afford these with gas prices so high. NFTs aren't some typical trading card market. I think it's mostly tax evasion and some wealth posturing. You create an NFT sell it to yourself, the price tanks

A lot of it is nerves driven. They want to look smart, so they just rip through the question even though they probably know better. (I have been a victim of this myself.)

Do you remember how popular AIM was? This is their proboards and AIM wrapped in one. Plus it's easy to use, customizable, and incredibly interoperable.

Exactly, the banks don't report that YOU paid money to others on a loan, the bank has it's own reporting requirements, hence you are not liable. Interestingly, financial institutions (which includes exchanges) are currently exempt

Honestly, I think this is outside the spirit of the law. Say you take your money put it in a bank account, the bank lends that money out again. Are you responsible for knowing the recipient? No. I imagine the same will be extended to puttin

Can someone provide some color on why a state actor would advertise such a feat? Now that this is public, I imagine Tesla can and likely will work to block access.

Despite the bandwagoning here, I'm going to say it's the authors fault. They updated dependencies blindly upping the version of packages a leading digit. Of course things will break! That's what the leading digit is for! Yes,

Here's a question, how do you guarantee that every USDT was backed by a dollar at origination? Say USDT holds a bond that defaults, what do they sell to offset the risk? Where does the 5% yield on tether even come from? This is the mos

But how exactly do you short stablecoins? You can't and even if you did the game is heavily rigged against you. If you remember in the movie, Cohodes got his ass handed to him as banks margin called him out of his position and that

A lot of this gain has to do with leverage. Her husband loves to buy stock options which juice up typical returns significantly. Not saying there's no insider information, just that the returns are heavily amplified either way.

I think I fail to see the advantage in the example given. Is the point that there's a server side call attached to the UI component directly? How is this any different than what can already be done with old school full stack like Rails
