The issue with crypto is that reasonable use cases are early, and don’t attract attention except for niche communities. There’s a few big ones, for example, filecoin right now has created a commodity market for storage that is currently 10,

The difference is that it doesn't matter if the behavior is justified. The only thing that matters is getting them vaccinated. Even if you have to forgive them, even if you have to give them sympathy they don't deserve. Shaming do

Right, but you don’t break through to someone who’s in an “in-group” by mocking their group. It just creates more in-group / out-group. I’m not saying you should buy their arguments. You need to give people an “out”. If folks approach

Correct, they’re not reasonable reasons to not get vaccinated. But they are reasonable fears to have. They’re normal fears, that make sense from their point of view. They’re factually wrong, but understandable.

It’s worth noting that, even if you think shaming encourages people to get vaccinated, these stories are still bad because they are almost never seen by the people who you’re trying to shame. Unvaccinated people don’t like and share stories

It's worth noting that while upzoning can help the whole housing market go down in price, it can also unlock value for existing home owners. If you currently own a home and a law is passed that allows you to turn your upstairs into an

It’s more that many people who don’t want to build more housing use “affordable housing” as a way to do so. If they build a few “affordable” units, it’s a way to still seem like you’re pro-housing. To be clear, I think most pro-affordable h

The gist is that is significantly harder to build “affordable” housing (where prices are kept artificially low). So if you mandate only affordable housing, then you help a few people, but restrict the overall housing market, which makes ren

This is something that we're keeping an eye on. Our current bet is that it's got better economics than Youtube (lots of video plays, but little revenue flowing through per video), but probably worse economics than Substack.
