This isn't generally true at all. Ella Fitzgerald has been "the First Lady of Song" since forever, various women have been called the First Lady of rock, pop, this or that sport, etc. In general I think I've only heard &

Am I missing something, or is this basically an unmaintained snapshot of Aseprite from 2016 (when it was last released under GPL)? Since Aseprite has come a long way since then, interested parties might want to check there instead. It'

Negatory - the sets being compared aren't independent. That is, the overall population is (roughly) half red and half blue. If you divide that population into groups - on whatever basis - and the largest group is 93% red, then it follo

You might try `wasgen` (which I maintain). Basically you pass it an object that describes your audio graph, and a frequency/duration/volume, and it creates/disposes all the audio nodes. https://github.com/andy

It's hard to imagine who this is for. If you don't already know the words/particles involved, the sentences coming out of this would be gibberish. And if you do, aren't you pretty likely to have access to an IME? Also a

That's certainly one possible way to interpret what he said. Here's another: he wasn't refusing to answer my question, he was sardonically answering it.

I think the short answer is nomenclature. Much of what makes music theory difficult is that the terms and notation systems have built up over centuries, and they come from musicians who were concerned with what's useful, not from progr
