I deal with ecom a lot at work, in which we build out ecomm systems for large(er) companies. Just about everything is going to AEM with elastic path/ some other ecomm apis and headless frontends (mostly React, namely NextJS, some unfor

The bottom line is that trust in these institutions is gone not as a result of the media and fearmongering, but the actual controversies, behaviors, and profit motives of these institutions. As a result, people don't trust the powers t

How about "I'm not taking some experimental rushed bullshit by large pharma corps who have a solid track record of doing shady shit"? Because the actual human beings that I talk to face to face have this opinion, and not the

You're on target here. I have become the dumping ground for misbehaving keurigs from family and have managed to make most of them work or frankenstein parts between them. I hate the machines and wish this never happened. I was happy wi

Do you not like the government doing things you agree with by force? Can you provide an example? I think OP is correct. People like authoritarian rule as long as they like the rules that are being enforced.

Which means FB has a working relationship with the FBI doing whatever the FBI says without asking questions. FBI didn't tell them to censor the fake piss dossier on Trump, and that was 100% bullshit. Along comes a Biden run for preside

The FBI (government) told Facebook (private company) to censor things that aren't illegal, and they did. In this case, social media === government for all intents and purposes.

We are on a discussion board. I'm not going to pay for every paywall to access every article, and if a journalist wants me to read and discuss their article, it needs to not be paywalled. You could say that posting a paywalled article
