So this is a public transport ticket for urban areas. It's a good idea to make them valid across regions. If they can make it work, that is. There is still the task to distribute revenue in some adequate way, and currently politicians

Interesting to learn who’s the single source of truth about propaganda classification. This uneducated „rater“ on minimal wage, training a search engine is probably maximally dependent on the job. What could go wrong?

The problem is probably related to the alerting system being automatic. The rate of fraud is likely much higher than we all can imagine, I once read a number about credit cards, which was incredible. And if you know the constraints of class

That’s kind of distorted. Government has the monopoly on violence, true, but only to the extent as the law grants it. A prime focus of constitutional law is to set strict limits to and legal recourse against acts of government.

All money (except for coins) is created in loans, which have a maturity date, at which "money is programmed to return to the bank", else you're forfeited. The monetary aggregate is ever-rotating, else all stops. It used to be

Visa and Mastercard are issued through a multitude of providers. OBDC will have central control. It is beyond me how anyone can argue for that, after seeing again and again how governments fails in almost everything repeatedly. At least hav

One more question: apparently LLMs model the human language as well as the knowledge encoded in it? Aren't those separate concerns? Maybe those can't be separated and that's the reason?

I like pwgen: pwgen 32 1 This creates one password of 32 characters of reasonable classes. There are options to adjust character classes if the site enforces something like that.
