One more question: apparently LLMs model the human language as well as the knowledge encoded in it? Aren't those separate concerns? Maybe those can't be separated and that's the reason?
- projektfu 4y agoI understand it as modeling enough language that the "knowledge" becomes likely in the language model, but it's still just language, which is why it often fibs.
