I don't think that is the case anymore. I think it also was platform-specific before and only applied to Linux. But I couldn't find the exact change with a quick search.

You don't even need native AOT for that, you can already create self-contained binaries with .NET Core. Those have fewer restrictions than native AOT, they bundle the necessary runtime.

Any evidence that Storm Shadow have been shot down regularly? And in addition to the soviet equipment they have IRIS-T SLM, Patriot and some other western systems.

So when civilians flee an unprovoked invasion, it justifies that invasion in your opinion as the country isn't a real country anymore because a significant part of the population fled the war? That's just insane.

Ignoring all the other stuff, you think that a country that loses a military engagement with a much larger neighbour doesn't have any right to exist?

So Ukraine is moving closer to NATO due to a fear of offensive actions from Russia, and that is your justification for actually attacking them and invading their country? Ukraine was obviously justified in seeking a military alliance to pro

From the original report ( https://rusi.org/explore-our-research/publications/special-r... ): > An overview of Russian adaptation reveals a force that is able to improve and evolve its employment of key systems.

A large number of these drones are just regular civilian models. Those are likely easy prey for electronic warfare.

The integration of Teams on Stack Overflow was a really weird thing. I do buy the argument from Jon Ericson in this post that integrating the internal Q&A into the Stack Overflow page is a large benefit for developers. I don't thin

The database argument is also specific to certain databases and table types. It should only matter for clustered tables. So if e.g. I use Postgres, this doesn't matter as it doesn't have clustered tables.

Is there any reason to use anything except completely random UUIDs? I vaguely remember reading about problems with MAC-based UUIDs decades ago, my impression was that they have been discouraged for a long time already.

That was more detailed than I expected, a lot of posts on this topic tend to be more superficial. I suspect the BRIN index might need a bit of a stronger disclaimer, as far as I understand you really want to use that only for ordered data,

The non-serverless version still works fine, even in modern JS land. The simple approach still works if you have some knowledge around setting up a server and configuring a few things. I also think that the advice around Authentication is o

COVID-19 is not a harmless disease, especially for the elderly. You can argue about children and young adults without risk factors, but that is only a small part of the population in developed countries. A large part of the population is ol

C# is a clearly object oriented language, and you can decide what is on the stack and on the heap. And while inheritance is a very prominent feature of object oriented languages, it is not the only option there. I think the way those langua
