I quit at exactly the same time, but from Starcraft 2. I think many corporations do this, but with Blizzard it was particularly egregious. I also pin some blame on the CCP, which is a power-at-all-costs machine, rather than a profit driven

I'm not sure why your comments were flagged. They were not only reasonable, but pretty informative to me.

The video has overlay text saying it's May 10th, which seems to be a reference to this event: https://www.reuters.com/technology/jack-ma-makes-rare-visit-... The project screen behind him in the video looks like i

Did you mean China instead of DPRK? That’s what this article is about. Also, I think China does have multiple points of access to the internet, and is catching up with the world’s best jets and satellites (but not entirely caught up).

Yes!! That’s it! And that’s exactly what I expect, to just see the answer to the text.

I really wish I could get the rotating nature image on the Lock Screen without the ads. I think Google hangouts used to do this and I really enjoyed that aspect. I think Google hangouts possibly linked to Google+ photos, but they were more

It sounds like it would suit your needs to work remotely from a rented office desk. It sounds like it’s not as big an issue for you since you’re a few stations from work, but it also sounds like the work office doesn’t afford you much over

That makes sense. Thank you for the explanation. Lost definitely felt episodic and incoherent at times. I think they did plan out some arcs loosely that worked over the course of a few seasons. Some character progression and morality flip w

I was wondering why you wrote Babylon 5 when I can think of earlier long running shows, I.e. the original Star Trek, but I guess those are more like soap operas? Hm.

Looking over your site, I'm curious about a few things: - The FAQ says you'll eventually open source your SDK. I admire that as a software engineer, but from a business perspective, isn't this risky? It seems like--if you don

May I ask what third party services you use? I’m in a similar situation. I use Google Voice for my number, but wouldn’t mind a better alternative.

I tried out neovim because of VSCode. The VSCode vim plugins are generally unsatisfying. They’re vim emulators at best. The plugin that uses neovim as a server is amazing. I tried running it with neovim stable, but it always warned me tha

Chinese tech companies have to toe the line of the CCP. A long, drawn out example is being made of Alibaba and Jack Ma precisely for not toeing the line last fall.
