As others have mentioned, house rules often ruin any fun. It is, by name, a game about being cutthroat towards other players and emphasizes that you optimize in the long-term purely for personal gain. This actually doesn't come natural

Ahh yeah, I use the Apple keyboard cover and that's a bit cramped even for English. I can't imagine typing in German on it would be fun. Not sure if it covers everything you need, but have you tried using the Alt/Option key f

I can’t find the source I saw the other day, but the CDC ran out of a good chunk of its budget September 2019. Right before all this started. We, especially the US, keep treating CDC like they’re responsible for fixing diseases after they s

The fact that at least 5 people have replied with different tools really just emphasizes your point. Is it a perfect recreation? Of course not. Will it do every sort of image editing I might want? A definite no. Does everybody either quickl

For those that just want to do DOM selection, querySelector(All) is widely supported at this point. If you want a simple CSS framework (because you don't want to write CSS) that includes a grid system, Milligram is a useful alternative

I don't think it's necessarily (just) for a love of 80s editors. I think it's more of a litmus test that your developer experience is too tightly coupled with specific tooling. i.e. if you can't (realistically) choose yo

I never really understood how anyone expected to have a sensible debate on "thing" vs "anything that isn't thing" (I realize "NoSQL" is somewhat better defined than that, but not by much).
