A healthy system has a way of ejecting unhealthy influences. As in, "stop this crap or we're going to have to let you go."

In 10 years, Google could be in serious trouble on the search front. Yes it will take that long. Yes they could actually lose. Rock 'em Gabriel.

Honest question: Who cares if it's a bubble? If you aren't going to act on the opinion/information, it might not be worthy of your time, attention and focus. "Watch out! Bubble!" conversations generally just raise our anxiety without

Thanks for sharing. Just wanted to add that if people's subjective perceptions of BCC (modern! clean!) are improved, this may improve (admittedly hard to measure) word of mouth. Keep it up!

Not sure why this was written up by CultofMac, aside from pageviews. The inventor doesn't have control anymore, and therefore no say in how the patent will or won't be enforced. "Don't worry, it'll be fine" is meaningless.

Given all the scenarios, HipChat chose the right option and will hopefully capitalize on some buzz. Very classy response guys.

Argh. This continues to happen. Was in a boardroom meeting with a company recently with my female cofounder, and she was all but ignored by the CEO (others were fine). On the surface, nothing will come of it. In actual fact though, the

I had very few pre-existing connections to the angel/VC community when we started raising, but we did have some social proof when we opened up on AngelList.

AngelList is shockingly effective, I can't recommend it highly enough. We were at the end of our fundraising when we opened up that channel, and we ended up turning away 14 investors. YMMV of course.

I've met these guys, and it's a great concept. Making energy savings fun and engaging could be a big win since traditional methods to change consumer behavior don't work well.

This is great. Talk about finding a real need and solving it. Well done guys. Do you or does anyone know of something similar for licensing agreements? The ones we all sign without reading? That'd be great as well.
