Epic Store is light years behind Steam. It is very barebones and primitive. In Steam when you go to the games in your library you see a lot of content, you see your DLCS, achievements, community content, etc. In Epic Store you don't ev

I think they have an app like that in China, although I think people in western countries would probably not be that willing to use it, for privacy concerns, and it would probably also violate GDPR.

Like I read in a post in LessWrong, it's much better to try to avoid contagion until after the peak of the pandemic, so that there are more resources freed up (hospital beds, respirators, etc) and the doctors and health workers have mo

As an european, I was very surprised to see how Trump repeatedly spread misinformation either by ignorance or by design (i.e. to have good numbers on infections and to calm stock market) on Coronavirus press releases, even on the CDC, even

I agree with everything you said, just a minor comment... Facebook users are not Facebook customers, they are the product. Facebook customers are all the companies which pay Facebook for advertisement.

There's actually not real evidence that Jesus even existed. The "official" gospels were chosen in the council of Nicaea in the year 325. There were lots of other gospels wildly contradicting each other, which were arbitrarily

I love Monthy Python, and Life of Brian in particular, but there's not really evidence that proves that Jesus even existed. It's more likely a case of a myth that was made to be historical for political reasons.
